TripleCo / Warehouse monitoring
Warehouse monitoring on the CCTV and RTLS you already own
TripleCo puts a warehouse's existing cameras and RTLS tags on a measured twin of the building and runs them from one console: dock dwell, aisle congestion, forklift and pedestrian proximity, PPE and restricted zones. Every alert carries its evidence frame and becomes a work order. Video is processed on site, and the platform is built in Doha.
Dock to despatch on one screen
Each view is built from the cameras and tags the warehouse already runs, placed on the measured twin so every alert points to a door, an aisle or a rack.
Dock dwell
How long each truck waits at each door, against your own baseline.
Aisle congestion
Where forklifts and pickers meet, by aisle and by hour.
Forklift and pedestrian proximity
Close passes flagged with the frame, by place and time.
PPE and restricted zones
Missing hard hats and vests, and entries into zones that should be closed.
Forklift utilisation
Moving, idle and parked time for each truck in the fleet.
Asset search
Tagged tools and assets found on the twin, without a walk round the site.
TripleCo is in daily service at a manufacturing plant in Doha. The warehouse views here are shown on the demo distribution centre on the main page.
From the cameras you have to a work order
Most warehouses start without new hardware.
Measure the building
One floor of drawings and a site survey give a measured twin and a deviation report in 4 to 8 weeks.
Connect cameras and tags
Existing IP cameras, NVRs and RTLS tags are resolved into twin coordinates.
Process on site
Inference runs at the edge. The cloud console is optional and receives events and metadata only.
Act on alerts
The right person is alerted, the work order carries the frame, and each confirmation trains the site's next model.
A monthly statement against your own baseline
The baseline is measured in your building before the pilot starts. Each month LiveOps reports the lines below and prices them at your own rates.

Warehouse questions
Do we need new cameras for warehouse monitoring?
Most sites start without new hardware. TripleCo reads the IP cameras, NVRs and RTLS tags the warehouse already has and places them on the twin. For the areas cameras cannot see, drone capture is in build and robot patrols are on the build plan.
Is TripleCo running in a warehouse today?
TripleCo is in daily service at a 5,562 m² manufacturing plant in Doha, and camera intelligence has run on a live harbour CCTV feed since May 2026. The warehouse views on this page are shown on the demo distribution centre, and a warehouse starts with a pilot on one hall.
Does warehouse video leave the site?
Not by default. Inference runs at the edge so video stays on site, and the optional cloud console receives events and metadata only. TripleCo runs on-premise or fully air-gapped in Qatar.
How long does a warehouse pilot take?
Step 1, the measured twin and the deviation report, takes 4 to 8 weeks. The pilot then runs LiveOps on one hall for 8 to 12 weeks, with the success criteria written before it starts.
What does warehouse monitoring cost?
Each site is priced against its scope and coverage, so there is no public price list. Step 1 is priced on its own. Send one floor of drawings and we quote it.
Start with one hall.
Measure the building in 4 to 8 weeks, then run LiveOps on one hall on the cameras and RTLS you already own.
