TripleCo / Digital twin in Qatar
Digital twin for warehouses, ports and plants in Qatar
TripleCo builds a measured 1:1 digital twin of a warehouse, port or plant in Qatar, checks it against the building, then runs the site live from one console on the CCTV, RTLS and machine telemetry it already has. It is built in Doha by NEX Solutions, a company of Al Sharqi Holding.
A plant runs on it every day
Basic Elements Solutions, a 5,562 m² joinery and steel plant in Doha, runs its command centre on TripleCo with full site access. A harbour has run camera intelligence on a live CCTV feed since May 2026. Read the Basic Elements case study.
One console for the whole site
- Measured twin. A 1:1 model from one floor of drawings and a site survey, checked against the building.
- Camera intelligence. Detection and tracking on existing IP cameras and NVRs, linked across cameras onto the twin.
- RTLS tracking. People, tools and mobile assets placed in twin coordinates.
- Safety and compliance. PPE and restricted-zone exceptions, each with the evidence frame and an audit trail.
- Analytics. Zone occupancy, dwell, congestion and throughput, compared period over period.
- Alerts and work orders. The right person is alerted, and the work order carries the frame.
In build: energy monitoring, scenario simulation and drone capture.
Hosted in Qatar, video kept on site
TripleCo runs on-premise or fully air-gapped in Qatar by default. Inference runs at the edge, so camera video stays on site, and the optional cloud console receives events and metadata only. Deployments follow Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law 13 of 2016).
Inside one site, every shift
Qatar already has city-scale twins, such as the 3D Doha model on the TASMU platform. A facility twin works at a different scale: one warehouse, port or plant, measured inside, with the people, forklifts, machines, doors and energy of every shift on it.
Sites with cameras, crews and assets to account for
Qatar first, then Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Manufacturing and fabrication
Idle plant, booth doors, PPE and off-shift energy traced to the machine.
Ports and harbours
Camera intelligence on a live harbour feed since May 2026.
Warehousing and logistics
Dock dwell, aisle congestion and forklift and pedestrian proximity.
Airports
Airside, terminal and landside on one twin.
Oil and gas
Plant areas, restricted zones and inspection rounds on one twin.
Construction
Site progress checked against the drawings.
Hospitals and campuses
Assets, crews and access on every floor.
Power and utilities
Switchgear and plant rooms on the TripleCo Sentinel track.
Three steps, each one standing on its own
Built in Doha by NEX Solutions, 100% owned by Al Sharqi Holding, which funds the 18-month build programme.
Survey and measured twin
One floor of drawings and a site survey. You receive the twin and the deviation report, and keep both.
Pilot on one hall or yard
LiveOps on the cameras and RTLS you own, with the success criteria written before it starts.
Managed operations
The whole site under contract, with the saving reported each month against your own baseline.
Questions from sites in Qatar
What is a digital twin of a facility?
A digital twin is a measured 1:1 model of your building that stays connected to what happens inside it. Walls, halls, racking and machines sit where they really are, and the cameras, RTLS tags and machine signals you already own update it live. A rendering shows the building as designed. A twin is checked on site, kept current, and used every shift to find idle plant, open doors, PPE gaps and off-shift energy.
How much does a digital twin cost in Qatar?
Each site is priced against its scope and coverage, so there is no public price list. Step 1, the survey with the measured twin and the deviation report, is priced on its own and takes 4 to 8 weeks, and you keep both whatever you decide next. Send one floor of drawings and we quote step 1.
How long does a digital twin take?
Step 1, the measured twin and the deviation report, takes 4 to 8 weeks. Step 2 puts LiveOps on one hall or yard for 8 to 12 weeks, with the success criteria agreed before we start. Step 3 is the whole site under contract.
Does our video or data leave Qatar?
Not by default. TripleCo runs on-premise or fully air-gapped in Qatar, with inference at the edge so video stays on site. The cloud console is optional and receives events and metadata only. Deployments follow Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law 13 of 2016).
Does it work with the cameras and RTLS we already have?
Yes. TripleCo reads existing IP cameras, NVRs and RTLS tags and resolves them into twin coordinates, so most sites start without new hardware. For the areas cameras cannot see, drone capture is in build and robot patrols are on the build plan. Energy monitoring is in build.
Who builds TripleCo?
TripleCo is built in Doha by NEX Solutions, registered as NEX Information Technology W.L.L (C.R. 241142), the technology company of Al Sharqi Holding. The group owns NEX Solutions outright and funds the 18-month build programme. Kevin Hani, Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30, is founder and CEO, and co-founder Jad Helou, a robotics engineer, runs delivery.
