Every signal lands
in one measured twin
Drawings become a measured 1:1 model, audited against the building. Cameras, tags, drones, robot dogs and meters all land in it, in their real place.
A 1:1 twin of your plant, checked against the building, run live from your cameras and RTLS. One plant live in Doha, a harbour pilot since May 2026.
A 1:1 twin of your site, run live on the cameras and RTLS you own. One plant live in Doha.
The team behind TripleCo
has delivered for:

A digital twin is a measured model of your building that stays connected to what happens inside it. Walls, halls, racking and machines sit where they really are. The cameras, RTLS tags and machines you already own feed it every second, so you see the whole site on one screen and every alert points to a place.

One floor of drawings and a site survey. You get the measured model and a list of every difference between the drawings and the building, and both are yours to keep.

Existing IP cameras, RTLS bands and machine signals are resolved into twin coordinates. Most sites start without new hardware. Drones and robot dogs are added where cameras cannot see.

Idle plant, open doors, PPE and off-shift energy are traced to the machine and the person. Alerts become work orders with the evidence attached, and the saving is reported monthly against your own baseline.
TripleCo is a digital twin and live operations platform built in Doha by NEX Solutions, a company of Al Sharqi Holding. It measures a 1:1 twin of a warehouse, port or plant against the real building, then runs the site live from one console on existing CCTV, RTLS, drones, robot dogs and machine telemetry, and reports the saving each month.

What the facility team sees every shift: the live floor, the dashboard, every alert with its evidence and owner, and the shift report. Composed on the reference plant with simulated events.
One console reads them all and sends the right one back out.

Hardware on the build plan for drone and robot capture
A quadruped walks a city route. Every object it passes is photographed, checked and logged in LiveOps, with the route, the battery and the evidence frame beside it.
Drawings become a measured 1:1 model, audited against the building. Cameras, tags, drones, robot dogs and meters all land in it, in their real place.
AI reads what the site already owns: PPE and zone exceptions, congestion before it forms, idle plant traced to the machine. Off-shift energy follows when energy monitoring ships. Evidence frame attached.
The right person gets the alert, the work order is raised, and operator confirmations and rejections are labelled and feed the site's next model training run. Drone and robot dispatch are on the build plan.
One plant in daily service, one harbour pilot, three proposals submitted. Status as of October 2026.

The baseline is measured in your building. The statement reports the saving each month at your rates. Energy lines start when energy monitoring ships.
Audited against the building, fed by live sensors, measured against your own baseline.

A digital twin is a measured 1:1 model of your building that stays connected to what happens inside it. Walls, halls, racking and machines sit where they really are, and the cameras, RTLS tags and machine signals you already own update it live. A rendering shows the building as designed. A twin is checked on site, kept current, and used every shift to find idle plant, open doors, PPE gaps and off-shift energy.
TripleCo is a digital twin and live operations platform from NEX Solutions in Doha, Qatar. It builds a measured 1:1 twin of a warehouse, port or plant, checks it against the real building, then runs the site live on existing CCTV, RTLS, drones, robot dogs and machine telemetry from one console, and reports the saving monthly.
Drone data platforms are built around capture and progress. Engineering twin platforms serve the design and asset lifecycle. Site C2 and VMS systems watch and alert. TripleCo audits the twin against the real building, fuses CCTV, RTLS, drones and robots on it, turns alerts into work orders, and reports the saving monthly against the site's own baseline.
Only if you want it to. TripleCo runs in the cloud, on your own servers, or fully air-gapped, and inference can run at the edge so only events and metadata leave the site.
Step 1 is the survey and the twin, 4 to 8 weeks, and you keep the model and the deviation report whatever you decide next. Step 2 puts LiveOps on one hall or yard for 8 to 12 weeks, with the success criteria agreed before we start. Step 3 is the whole site under contract.
An as-built check: a list of every difference between your drawing set and the building as it stands, including halls, walls, racking, doors and equipment that moved, were renamed or were never built. TripleCo produces it in step 1 from one floor of drawings and a site survey. You keep the report and the model.
Yes. TripleCo reads existing IP cameras, NVRs and RTLS tags and resolves them into twin coordinates, so most sites start without new hardware. Drones, quadruped robots and energy sensors are on the build plan for the areas cameras cannot see. Inference can run at the edge so video stays on site.
Drone capture is on the build plan with the DJI Matrice 400, DJI Dock 3, Trinity Pro and Flyability Elios 3, and is not in service yet. Today a site starts on the CCTV and RTLS it already owns, and captures from a drone operator can be loaded into the twin.
One reference plant in Doha, 5,562 m², pilot stage, command centre in daily service, and a harbour live-CCTV pilot since May 2026. Three proposals are with clients for 2026: Hamad International Airport, the ADNOC drone programme and EBLA construction.
